Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AudDL ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
AudDL provides a tool to help users download publicly available audio from SoundCloud for personal, non-commercial use. By using this Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Not use downloaded content for commercial redistribution, public performance, or any purpose that infringes on the rights of copyright holders.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of artists and creators whose content you access through this Service.
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service at scale.
Intellectual Property & Copyright
AudDL does not host, store, or own any audio content. All tracks are served from SoundCloud's own infrastructure. AudDL merely facilitates downloading of content that is publicly accessible on SoundCloud.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright laws. Downloading music for personal offline listening is generally accepted in many jurisdictions; redistributing or monetizing downloaded content without rights-holder permission is not permitted.
If you are a rights holder and believe content available through this Service infringes your copyright, please contact us.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any downloaded content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudDL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Third-Party Services
The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks including Google AdSense. These third parties operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you are encouraged to review.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
